Intelligent Penguin Ltd started life in 2011 when it grew from being just Paul (and the Penguin, of course). Paul had been working on a freelance basis since 2004, based in Saffron Walden, offering bespoke web development services. Today we are a full service digital agency offering website design and build, graphic design, online marketing and free chocolate Penguins to all our clients and friends.
