Chris' own experiences then, and now, continues to highlight the poor service often given by such consultancies either through the use of poorly qualified staff or the inability to offer practical advice on what a client should do next once a project has been completed. The result is often, at best, recommendations that don't fully draw upon the findings of the research or at worst fail to meet the original brief.
